A multi-week creative residency bringing together dance industry leaders, professional, apprentice, and pre-professional dancers for training, mentorship, and new performance creations in Laguna Beach.
A Residency Rooted in Community, Creation, & Collaboration
SUMMER STAGE is Laguna Dance’s artist residency and summer performance initiative, designed to connect dancers across generations through daily training, mentorship, creative process, and public performance. The program holds an open call audition and a select group of artists are then accepted into an immersive environment where professional dancers, apprentices, and pre-professional students learn from one another while contributing to the creation of new choreographic dance works.
