Our Goal:
To nurture curiosity, creativity, confidence, and connection through dance — building pathways for young artists while deepening appreciation for the art form throughout our community.

Through school partnerships, master classes, scholarships, backstage experiences, and community engagement programs, we create opportunities for students of all ages to move, learn, observe, and connect.

 

Our Education Programs Include:

Laguna Beach Unified School District Partnership
Movement-based learning experiences for local elementary & middle school students, including in-school movement classes tied to school curriculum and exclusive lecture-demonstration performances.

Master Classes & Workshops
Training experiences led by nationally and internationally recognized artists, choreographers, and educators.

Young & Emerging Artist Scholarships
Since 2013, Laguna Dance has awarded over $100,000 in scholarships to support young (ages 14-17) and emerging (ages 18-22) dancers in their artistic and professional development.

Community Engagement
Programs designed to make dance accessible across generations, including partnerships with schools, community organizations, and local cultural institutions.
